Mr. Musa Jibril Ismail Haji has extensive professional experience spanning over thirty years in accounting, auditing, financial consulting, and vocational training. He has worked with several major companies and institutions both within Jordan and internationally. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting along with internationally recognized professional certifications. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions, including Audit Manager, Finance Manager, and Financial Consultant. He has significant experience in training administrative and financial personnel across various Arab countries in the fields of accounting, auditing, financial analysis, procurement, and inventory management. In addition, he has academic experience as a lecturer and certified professional trainer. He is also a certified financial expert accredited by Jordanian regular courts and has contributed scholarly work in the fields of finance and Islamic investment.
Mr. Sael Qasem has over twenty years of professional experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality training, and catering management within major companies and hospitality establishments in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. He has held several senior leadership positions in operations management, training, and quality assurance across major organizations and projects, including Aramco sites, luxury hotels, and industrial catering companies. He possesses extensive expertise in team management, developing food safety and quality systems, implementing HACCP standards, improving operational performance, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction levels. He is also highly skilled in hospitality training, program development, and managing operational contracts and projects with efficiency and professionalism.
Dr. Mansour Nasri Al-Dalqamouni is an international expert and consultant specializing in quality management systems, food safety, and food security. He has extensive professional experience in training, consulting, and developing management systems across several Arab and international countries. He holds a PhD in Food Science, along with advanced expertise in implementing and auditing global quality standards such as ISO, HACCP, and GMP. He is also recognized as an internationally certified lead trainer and auditor. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development and qualification of numerous institutions, companies, hotels, and factories. He has delivered hundreds of specialized training programs for both public and private sectors, establishing himself as one of the prominent figures in quality and food safety at the regional and international levels
Captain Prof. Dr. Ehab Aryan Malik is one of the leading international experts in strategic management, institutional development, project management, and international arbitration. He possesses extensive academic and professional experience spanning Egypt, the Sultanate of Oman, Gulf countries, and the United States of America. He holds several prominent academic and leadership positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Strategic Development and Planning and Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Navigation and Maritime Transport Technology at Leeds Professional University (USA). He also serves as the university’s representative in Oman, the UAE, and Egypt. Dr. Ehab holds advanced academic qualifications, including a PhD in Business Administration, Project Management, and International Arbitration. He is highly specialized in strategic planning, governance, leadership, international training, and business development. He is widely recognized for his significant contributions in developing training programs, providing management consultancy services, and restructuring organizations. He has delivered hundreds of specialized programs and workshops for ministries, government entities, major corporations, and entrepreneurs. He is also distinguished by his international expertise in arbitration, project management, and institutional performance development, in addition to his academic contributions in strategic studies, feasibility studies, and postgraduate supervision. This has established him as a leading figure in training, consultancy, and institutional development at both the Arab and international levels.
Dr. Ali Ahmed Al-Hawari is one of the most prominent experts in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/HSSE) in the region, with over 17 years of professional experience in management, supervision, training, and consultancy across major projects, government institutions, and academic organizations in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and several Arab countries. He holds a PhD in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, along with multiple internationally recognized certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. He has a strong professional record in leading safety systems and risk management in large-scale projects, including NEOM, King Abdulaziz International Airport, the Makkah Expansion Project, and King Abdullah Financial District in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Al-Hawari has held several senior leadership positions, including Director of the Jordanian Occupational Safety and Health Institute, Safety Director at the University of Jordan Hospital, and academic lecturer at Al-Balqa Applied University. He also served as HSSE Director for Sama Jordan Group for Food and Industrial Investments. In addition, he has extensive international training experience, having delivered numerous specialized courses and workshops in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Sudan, Bahrain, and other countries in occupational safety, risk management, and global compliance standards. He is also known for his scientific and media contributions through research, conferences, publications, and television and radio interviews in the fields of occupational safety, health, and environmental management.
Mr. Mahmoud Al-Khatib is a distinguished expert in restaurant operations management, quality assurance, and food safety, with extensive professional experience in developing food concepts and managing operational processes within leading food and restaurant companies across the Middle East, particularly in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He possesses strong leadership and organizational capabilities in menu development, recipe engineering, product costing, operational performance management, and implementing food quality and safety systems in accordance with international standards. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions as Operations Manager and Quality & Operations Manager for several major food brands and projects. He has contributed to the establishment and development of both local and international restaurant concepts, as well as the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational manuals, and HACCP-based food safety systems. He also has extensive experience in branch management, cost control, performance optimization, team training, and managing expansion projects and restaurant openings from planning through to full operation. In addition, he has provided operational consultancy, feasibility studies, and management development services for restaurants and hospitality companies. He has participated in major projects, including hospitality services during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, which further established his reputation as a leading professional in the food and beverage industry and operational quality management.
Mr. Ahmed Al-Fangari is a specialist in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, with extensive professional experience in designing and developing administrative systems, organizational restructuring, and human capital development across various sectors. He has a distinguished track record in providing management consultancy, developing HR strategies, and designing policies, procedures, performance appraisal systems, and employee training programs. He is also experienced in talent acquisition and building high-performance teams. He has contributed to the implementation of numerous development projects in collaboration with local and international entities, helping enhance institutional performance and improve workplace environments in line with modern best practices in human resource management. In addition, he is highly experienced in vocational training, leadership development, and organizational culture building, which has positioned him as one of the notable professionals in the field of human resources and organizational development.
Ms. Rasha Al-Shawabkeh is an expert in youth empowerment and career readiness, specializing in developing individuals’ personal and professional skills to help them build successful and confident career paths. She delivers training programs focused on career preparedness, communication skills, professional identity building, and personal branding in alignment with the requirements of the modern job market. She also works with employees and professional teams to enhance self-awareness and emotional intelligence, aiming to improve workplace environments, strengthen effective communication, and develop leadership, collaboration, and stress management skills. Mr. Haitham Hameed Hassoon is an Iraqi Executive Chef and international culinary expert with over three decades of extensive experience in oriental and international cuisine. Born in Baghdad in 1963, he currently resides between Baghdad and Jordan and is recognized as a leading professional in restaurant development, kitchen management, and chef training across the Middle East and internationally. He holds multiple international certifications from Worldchefs (World Association of Chefs’ Societies) and is an accredited trainer in culinary sustainability education and modern kitchen culture. He has also contributed to the development of accredited academic curricula in culinary arts and serves as an official trainer in several international training institutions. Throughout his career, he has worked as an Executive Chef in restaurants, hotels, and catering companies across Iraq, Jordan, Turkey, the UAE, and Algeria. He has also served as a judge in international culinary competitions and has extensive experience in training chefs, opening new restaurants, and developing innovative menus. He possesses strong expertise in food and beverage management, HACCP food safety systems, menu engineering, culinary training, kitchen operations, and customer satisfaction, combined with solid academic and practical experience in multicultural professional kitchen environments.
Mr. Moayed Mustafa Abdul Hamid Barghash has over thirty years of professional experience in hospitality training, hotel management, and hotel services. He has worked with reputable training and hospitality institutions both within Jordan and internationally. He possesses extensive expertise in training and qualifying hotel staff, developing service skills, and supervising hotel operations in accordance with the highest standards of quality and professionalism. He is also distinguished by his strong ability to manage teams, enhance performance, and improve the overall quality of delivered services.
Mr. Najem Al-Khatib is a highly experienced Heavy Equipment Operations Training Supervisor with more than two decades of expertise in crane operations, rigging and lifting activities, forklift operations, and lifting safety within the construction, oil & gas, and drilling sectors across Jordan and the Gulf region. Throughout his professional career, he has held several supervisory and leadership roles with reputable international companies, gaining extensive experience in training, evaluating, and developing heavy equipment operators in accordance with international safety and operational standards. He holds multiple internationally recognized certifications in crane operations, rigging and slinging, forklift operation, lifting management, and work-at-height safety training. Mr. Al-Khatib is recognized for his strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with his proven ability to enhance workforce competency, promote operational excellence, and reinforce a strong safety culture in high-risk working environments.
A seasoned humanitarian and development professional with extensive experience in program management, project design, and implementation across livelihoods, education, protection, and women’s empowerment sectors. He has worked with both local and international organizations, leading initiatives that support refugees and host communities across Jordan and the MENA region. His expertise includes strategic partnerships, team leadership, capacity building, training facilitation, and organizational development. With strong leadership and communication skills, he has successfully contributed to creating sustainable impact through various humanitarian and development programs.
